My Journey So Far

Hello Everyone !

Welcome to my Blog . I am Divya. I am originally from India and currently living in USA.When I first moved to US we lived in Oxford, MS ( 2 years) . You can read about it here , later we moved to Macon, GA ( 10 months )  and now in Atlanta, GA ( talk about being a nomad) .

Photography is my passion, it helps me to express myself. My first camera was a camera phone, Nokia X6 , a gift from my Dad. The 5 Mega pixel camera of the X6 helped me capture the world around me.

These are the pictures which got me started in photography. The beautiful colors of sunrise and sunset inspired me. After one year of that camera phone I have a DSLR, Nikon D 3100. I am enjoying it. My other  interests are travelling, reading books and cooking.

I use this blog to connect with my family and friends in India and also to  document my journey in photography. Hope you like it 🙂

    • Thanks for visiting my blog. I shoot for fun as well, when I see something I just press the shutter, all the technical stuff escapes my mind ( long way to go 😉 )

  13. thanks for stopping by my blog and liking some of my photos. I’m mostly still using my little point and shoot. I do have a canon T-3i but I hate dragging all that heavy stuff all around with me when I travel. You’ve got some nice shots with just your phone, that’s great. I never think to use my phone 😉

    • Hello Alison ! Thank you for your kind words. Yeah I recently combined my other blog with this one. Hard to maintain two blogs at the same time ( well for me 🙂 ).
